BROKEN/INCORRECT

  • We will use reasonable care when packing and shipping glassware. However, Van Vliet New York will not be responsible for any damages occurring to glassware once it leaves our premises during the shipping process.
  • Broken or incorrectly shipped items must be reported within 3 days of receiving shipment. Any broken items must be documented in order for credit or exchange. ( Digital photographs, shipper verification eg.).
  • Upon verification, your claim will be processed within 3 days.
  • If replacements are requested, they will be shipped via Fed Ex Ground service. Expedited shipping charges, if required, will be incurred by the customer.
  • In lieu of returning the damaged items, once verified, a credit may be issued for the cost of the damaged item (s). Shipping charges will not be refunded.
